My leadership coaching program helps high-achieving managers turn into senior leaders.

We will meet twice a month for three months.

Each session is 50 minutes.

For over 20 years I traveled the country as a direct contributor for large corporations. Recent success includes facilitating discussions resulting in $12.1 million public and private investment to help close the broadband gap. Building influence and driving change has afforded a lot of success for my clients.

How much time will this take?

Like most things in life, you get what you give. In order to let you get as much as possible in as little time as possible, I have arranged this program just for you. Every 2 weeks, we will meet for a 50 minute session. We will repeat this process for 12 weeks. Then we will measure your success with a mini-survey.

How much can I use the second I walk away from the program?

In this program, I walk you through each step you need to be successful. You will walk away knowing exactly what leadership skill you need most for your career growth. You will learn how to effectively navigate your stakeholder. You will have a proven process that will encourage more open communication. And finally, you will create measurable results, as seen by your stakeholder—not determined by you or your coach.
