Catherine’s work lives at the intersection of clear thinking and building something real.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than two decades in big banking, leading complex relationships and high-stakes work at scale. That front-row seat gave her a lasting insight: capable businesses succeed—or disappear—not because of intelligence or resources, but because of how they think, adapt, and act when conditions change.

That understanding shapes everything she does.

Across her professional and community work, Catherine has been drawn to moments where complexity is high and clarity matters. She has helped initiate large-scale public-private initiatives, repurpose and rebuild physical spaces, collaborate with communities to create housing, and support organizations focused on meaningful, lasting impact. While these projects differ on the surface, they share a common foundation—working through ambiguity and turning vision into form.

Today, Catherine partners individuals, teams and boards navigating growth, transition, and complexity. Through project-based work, she helps people see clearly, choose deliberately, and create momentum in changing environments.

Her thinking also lives in conversation through the Business Vitality® Podcast, where she reflects on how clarity creates momentum—and momentum sustains vitality over time.
